Under the framework of FURNICERT, four Project Results will be developed:
Furniture Language Course
The goal of this output was to develop a B1/B2 language course in English with furniture-related content based on CLIL methodology and using industry knowledge.
This level enables a person to communicate in business environments without any serious errors. The course is available on the e-learning platform.
This deliverable aimed to create a tailor-made e-learning platform to support digital and distance teaching and learning focused on English language skills for the furniture sector. The training platform includes an online course and is equipped with gamified elements to increase learner engagement.
In this project result, UNICERT S.A. has developed a certification framework outlining the knowledge, competencies and skills of furniture sector workers willing to assess their English skills after completing the FURNICERT training. This process will allow them to obtain an official certificate equivalent to B1/B2 level. Both processes are free. Creative workshops
Each partner has conducted two workshops on each country: one for language teachers and another for staff in the furniture sector. Within PR4, FURNICERT incorporates innovative methods such as design thinking and creative problem-solving to enhance creative abilities and skills. The ultimate goal is to involve target groups and partners in a collaborative
learning environment.
